Do tokens expire?
No. Tokens never expire. Buy them when you need them and use them at your own pace.
Can I use one token balance across multiple APIs?
Yes. Your token balance is shared across all BSG API Hub services. One account, one balance, one invoice.
What happens if an API call fails?
You are not charged. Tokens are only deducted on successful responses. If the call returns an error, your balance stays the same.
How do I test an API before buying tokens?
Every API has a free test key built into the Swagger documentation. Use it to make real requests that return static test data — no account or payment required.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe for payments. You can pay with credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. All prices are in GBP with VAT shown separately.
Can I restrict my API key to specific IP addresses?
Yes. Every API key supports IP whitelisting with individual IPs or CIDR ranges. Requests from non-whitelisted IPs are blocked and do not deduct tokens.
